VPNRice Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VPNRice applications and services ("VPNRice", "the Service", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using VPNRice, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

VPNRice provides a Virtual Private Network (VPN) that encrypts your internet connection and helps protect your online privacy across Android, iOS, Android TV, and browser extensions. Availability of specific servers, locations, and features may change over time.

2. Eligibility & account

You must be able to form a binding contract to use VPNRice. You may use the Service anonymously or with an email-based account. You are responsible for keeping your account and devices secure. A single account may be used on a limited number of devices; you can manage and remove your devices in the app.

3. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use VPNRice for your own lawful use, in accordance with these Terms and any store rules that apply to your download (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play).

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use VPNRice to:

break any applicable law or regulation, or infringe others' rights;
send spam, malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system;
conduct network attacks, port scanning, or fraud;
distribute child sexual abuse material or other illegal content;
resell, sublicense, or abuse the Service in a way that harms our infrastructure or other users.

We may suspend or terminate access that violates these rules.

5. Privacy & no-logs

We operate a strict no-logs policy for your VPN activity. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Subscriptions & payments

VPNRice may offer a free tier and a paid Premium subscription. Where you purchase through an app store:

Payment is charged to your store account (Apple ID / Google account) at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your app store account settings after purchase.
Prices, durations, and benefits are shown in the app before you buy.

For purchases on the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies. Refunds are handled by the respective app store under its policies.

7. Disclaimers

VPNRice is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, specific speeds, or that any content will be accessible from any location.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using VPNRice at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service or your access if you breach these Terms or where required by law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions? Contact [email protected].
